More great deals!

So this week was another great week at the store. I spent $117 and saved $92.

I stocked up on milk, eggs, toilet paper, snacks (somewhat healthy..crackers, popcorn, ice cream-which is a mandatory calcium supplement in our house, granola bars), beverages (juice, ice tea), and lots of chicken (two whole fryer chickens each for $2 and 10 boneless skinless chicken breasts for $1.13).

There are many more items. Too many to list. My cart was overflowing from the very bottom to the top and as most of you know you can't leave Albertsons with that many groceries without spendy a fortune...well I managed it:)

Eggs (18 count): regular 2.69 each, use fred meyer coupon buy one get one free, total 1.35 each.
Milk (half gallon): regular 3.00 each, fred meyer coupon 10 for $10, total $1 each. FYI half gallon milk freezes well.
Chicken: Boneless Skinless breasts (3.64 lbs) regular 3.99/lb, on sale 1.77/lb (at Winco 1.79/lb), because I bought 3 Kraft salad dressings for 0.25 a piece I got $3 off my chicken purchase, total $3.45 (regular would have been $14.50).
Crackers: regular 3.79 each, on sale buy three at 1.99 get easy cheese free, saved $9.75.

I refuse to pay full price for anything. The only bad thing about thegrocerygame is that I have to make a produce run at Winco every couple weeks...especially since Coop is eating baby food now. I am trying to make my own baby food. Hoping I'm saving money or maybe
